ESP Conference

This conference is designed to provide professional development opportunities for participants to help them gain the skills and knowledge they need to: 1) access the benefits of membership, from representation on the job to financial resources for the whole family; 2) understand their rights on the job; 3) improve communication skills when having cruicial or critical conversations with co-workers, supervisors, parents and students; and 4) properly manage money & credit. These skills are provided through one full day of professional development at the Tennessee Education Association in downtown Nashville, TN. The ESP Conference is open to all TEA education support professionals members.
