This conference is designed to provide professional development opportunities for participants to help them gain the skills and knowledge they need to: 1) access the benefits of membership, from representation on the job to financial resources for the whole family; 2) understand their rights on the job; 3) improve communication skills when having cruicial or critical conversations with co-workers, supervisors, parents and students; and 4) properly manage money & credit. These skills are provided through one full day of professional development at the Tennessee Education Association in downtown Nashville. The ESP Conference is open to all TEA education support professional members.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT(S) MADE BY LOCAL ASSOCIATION: If the local association is paying for your attendance, then the Association needs to either complete online registration for each individual OR provide a list confirming all registrant(s). Local associations will need to email their registration list to Marie Bowling. Also, individuals will need to provide a name and email address for the person who will be responsible for their payment on their registration form. Please note that if your local association pays for your registration that the refund will be provided to your local association.
