Political Academy

The Political Academy will focus on a comprehensive review of a local political strategy, with emphasis on finding the right time and place to engage, candidate recruitment, campaign strategy, and using data to ensure success. There will be something for everybody, whether you are new to campaigns or an experienced politico.

Who: 

Any participants who wishes to learn more about how to effectively hold elected officials accountable and elect strong pro-public education candidates at every level of government.

How: 

All participants MUST register using our online registration form.
Registration Deadline is Tuesday, October 1st.
Any participants not registered before the deadline will not be accepted.

Cost: 

$20 Registration Fee
All hotel accommodations for TEA members will be double occupancy rooms on Friday, October 11, 2019 for those traveling 50 miles or more to attend this event.
If you choose to have a single room, you will need to pay an additional $90 to coverage half of the room rate.

Non-members are welcomed to attend. Please read carefully read the cost breakdown for non-members below:
Non-members who wish to have a single room will need to cover the hotel accommodations of $180.
Non-members willing to have a roommate, will pay $90 to coverage half of the room rate.
