Sick Leave Bank Information

Several of you have come by and filled out forms to become member of the Sick Bank or have filled out forms to donate again. Thank you so much for that. If you have not yet decided to do this, please take the time to ask questions and think about becoming a member. To become a member you must donate 2 days to the bank. If you are a current member and would like to donate again, you can donate 1, 2, or 3 days to the bank. These donations can only be made during the months of August, September, and October. I will attach the form to be filled out to become a member or for current members to donate again. We hope that these days do not have to be used but if they are needed, they will be there ready for the person needing them.
