The ESP Conference is open to all education support professionals in the state. Topics include discussing the status of TEA's legislative agenda with emphasis on bills related to ESP, specific organizing tips for ESP, outside the classroom management and how to save $$$ through membership.

The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Candidate Support Training is a required training for anyone wishing to mentor National Board Candidates through the Tennessee Department of Education, school districts or TEA's Targeted High Need Initiative (THNI) Grants. TEA encourages all National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs) to become support providers. Other key professional development staff members may also apply for the training.
