The duties of the are to:

Review and assess the status of negotiations in the state

Assess the non-negotiating local associations and recommend ways to assist them

Evaluate training needs and recommend ways to deliver appropriate training for local association leaders and negotiators
-
Recommend ways for local associations to prepare for, participate in, and evaluate their negotiations activities
-
Assimilate and disseminate materials, information, ideas, and suggestions about negotiations
-
Report periodically to the Board of Directors
-
Complete other tasks assigned to the committee by the Board
