Welcome, new member! The Tennessee Education Association (TEA) works to promote, advance and protect public education, the education profession and the rights and interests of our members. To join complete and follow directions for your membership category below – Active educator or student preparing to teach. And remember, you are making the most important investment of your professional career.
Students Student TEA (STEA) members get extra professional development plus interaction with colleagues that help them succeed. Membership includes the benefits of both the NEA and STEA. Dues amounts depend on your college or university. (When you identify your school during the on-line enrollment process, your dues will be calculated – $25.00 plus local dues, if any.) On-line enrollment will take you briefly to the NEA Web site.
