The Secova dependent eligibility verification project is over. All dependents for whom the process was not completed will be terminated effective February 1, 2010. All dependents for whom no documents were submitted will be terminated effective February 1, 2010. The termination letters will be sent to plan members in December. A dependent may be added back by either medical underwriting or because of a special qualifying event after February 1, 2010. The process for adding a dependent will be outlined in the termination letter.
